Project Overview:- Implementation and management of advanced network monitoring systems, leveraging toolssuch as SolarWinds, NetScout, LiveNX, Prometheus, or equivalent, to ensure real-time visibilityinto network health.- In-depth analysis of network traffic patterns using packet capture tools and log analysis toidentify bottlenecks, anomalies, and areas for optimization.- Development and execution of robust strategies for network observability, including theintegration of telemetry data, distributed tracing, and log aggregation technologies.- Collaborating seamlessly with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complexnetwork issues, utilizing deep knowledge of protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, and OSPF.- Implementation of security measures at the network level, including firewalls, intrusiondetection/prevention systems, and VPNs, to fortify our network infrastructure.- Continuous exploration of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices torecommend and implement innovative solutions for enhanced network performance.- Documentation of network configurations, monitoring setups, and incident resolutions in adetailed and organized manner.Contractors Role:BAU Support, Topology Changes, Reporting, Lifecylce and ComplianceExperience Level 2 :5 Years relevant expQualifications:Any Graduate, Post-GraduateMust Have Skills:Network Engineer exp with 5+ years.Strong working experience on TCP/IP suite, Routing and Switching Exp with SolarWinds andNetworking monitoring is not required.CCNP (submit only Cisco certified candidates and add their Cisco Certification ID numberin the profile brief section)
Nice to have:Any other Network Monitoring Tools (NMS/EMS)Tasks & responsibilities- Proven hands-on experience in configuring and managing network monitoring tools.- Junior level proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation andcustomization of monitoring solutions.- In-depth understanding of networking protocols, technologies, and architectures.- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex network issues and propose effective solutions.- Familiarity with security protocols, encryption, and best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical details toboth technical and non-technical stakeholders.
