Job Description

About the Role:

Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain
LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN
networks.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
network devices
such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points.
Monitor network performance and implement changes to optimize
speed, reliability, and security
.
Perform
network troubleshooting
, fault analysis, and root cause investigation.
Implement and maintain
network security measures
including firewalls, access controls, and intrusion detection systems.
Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams to support
network-related projects
.
Manage
IP addressing, subnets, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols
(BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.).
Maintain
network documentation
, diagrams, and configuration records.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as
CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
.
Experience with
cloud networking
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments.
Knowledge of
SD-WAN, VLAN segmentation, and network automation
.
Familiarity with
firewall policies, IDS/IPS, and VPN troubleshooting
.
Experience in
network performance tuning and capacity planning
.
