Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer at our organization based in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining network infrastructure. With 2-5 years of experience in network engineering, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems to meet the organization's IT requirements. Your key responsibilities will include designing and implementing network solutions based on organizational needs, setting up and maintaining LAN/WAN infrastructure, monitoring network performance, troubleshooting and resolving network issues, providing technical support to internal teams, collaborating with IT staff for network integration, maintaining accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents, preparing reports on network performance, and implementing and managing network security protocols to safeguard data and systems. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, have proven experience with network hardware and software, familiarity with networking protocols, knowledge of network security practices, experience with network monitoring tools, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Desired skills include certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CompTIA Network+, experience with cloud-based networking solutions, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
