As a Network technician your specific missions:

• Provide technical support to users (via phone, remote assistance, or on-site visits).
• Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment.
• Participate in various IT projects and hardware and software upgrades.
• Manage the IT inventory:
• User account administration.
• Hardware administration: PCs, tablets, servers, smartphones, mobile terminals, etc.
• Email system administration.
• Network resource access management.
• Hardware stock management.
• VPN / MPLS network management.
• Supervise activities such as backups and server/service status.
• Generate activity reports.
• Conduct user training.
• Stay updated on technological advancements.
