Shift Requirement : 24x7 rotational shift coverage

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner (less than 30 days)

About the Role:

Network Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end service delivery to meet SLA targets and customer expectations.
  
• Manage and maintain network infrastructure using Dell and CISCO switches.
  
• Configure and troubleshoot L2/L3 switching, routing protocols, and VxLAN environments.
  
• Deploy and manage virtualization solutions including NSX and Nutanix.
  
• Identify and resolve infrastructure issues efficiently and proactively.
  
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and act as the point of escalation.
  
• Collaborate across cross-functional technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
  
• Track performance metrics and implement continuous improvement measures.
  
• Participate in 24x7 shift rotation as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Dell and/or CISCO switches.
  
• Strong knowledge of L2 switching, routing (OSPF/BGP), VxLAN, and NSX.
  
• Experience with Nutanix environments.
  
• Secondary certification such as

  CCNA

  is required.
