Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team at Manappuram Finance Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network engineering and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and maintain computer networks, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
Troubleshoot network issues and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with other teams to identify and prioritize network improvements.
Develop and implement network security measures to protect against cyber threats.
Conduct regular network audits to identify areas for improvement.
Provide technical support and training to end-users on network-related issues.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a strong understanding of network protocols and architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex network issues.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Familiarity with network management tools and software, such as network monitoring and troubleshooting systems.
