Network Engineer L3

As a Network Engineer L3, you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Cisco / Fortinet technologies including routers, switches, Firewall, wireless, load balancers, and cable testing equipment. Your role will involve designing, analyzing, optimizing, and operating LAN/WAN, wireless, and security devices. You will be expected to capture and interpret packets, demonstrate strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills, and utilize SNMP and NetFlow for network management and communication baselining. Following established procedures and guidelines, you will be involved in installing, patching, configuring, customizing, troubleshooting, upgrading, integrating, and maintaining infrastructure technology. Identifying and implementing preventative measures to future-proof technologies will be a key aspect of your responsibilities. Your ability to make informed decisions to ensure network services meet customer needs will be crucial. In addition, you will be required to maintain disaster recovery documentation and possess hands-on experience in various areas such as Data Center Technologies, QoS, VoIP, SSL VPN/IPsec VPN, Wireless technologies, Load balancers, Cisco Nexus, and SAN Connectivity. Proficiency in site-to-site VPN, remote VPN, data protection, URL filtering, NAT, QOS, and IPSEC is essential. Experience with performance monitoring tools will also be beneficial for this role.
