Job Description

**Job Title: L1 Network Engineer**

This position is on Third party payroll.

Core Skills required - Networking: Switching and SD-WAN Management

Overseeing network Incident, Changes & Problem
Technical support for business IT query and information
Day to day monitoring of network
Prepare and Review the network report in terms of Change, capacity and incident.
Participate in network projects.
POC of new technology
Report submission as per business & customer requirement
Cross function working capability.
Audit Network Configuration as per SOP`s

- **Technical Proficiency:**

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs).

Hands-on expertise on Switching and SD-WAN management

- Familiarity with network hardware and protocols.

- Knowledge of basic network troubleshooting tools.

Qualification

Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Engineering, Telecommunications
Certifications- CCNA, NNCIA, VCP
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies.
Network monitoring and troubleshooting tools
