IT Engineer (Fresher) – Job Responsibilities
1) System Installation & Configuration
Assist in installing and configuring hardware, software, and networks.
2) Basic Troubleshooting
Identify and resolve hardware or software issues under guidance.
3) User Support
Provide technical support to employees and users.
4) Network Monitoring
Monitor system performance and networks for irregularities.
5) System Updates
Support in updating and maintaining operating systems, antivirus, and applications.
6) Documentation
Maintain logs of issues, resolutions, and system changes.
7) Data Backup Support
Assist in routine backups and recovery procedures.
8) IT Asset Management (ESR)
Help manage inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
9) Security Awareness
Follow and enforce IT security protocols and report suspicious activities.
