Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Setup and manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
* Handle CCTV installation, configuration, and maintenance.
* Basic knowledge of CAT 6 cabling, punching, and network connectivity.
* Perform system upgrades, maintain inventory, and keep documentation up to date.
* Coordinate with vendors for support and procurement.
Required Skills:
* 1+ years of hands-on experience in IT hardware and networking.
* Strong understanding of system installation, repair, and maintenance.
* Knowledge of CCTV systems will be an added advantage.
* Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
