Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer Level 3 (L3) at our company, you will be responsible for handling high-level network troubleshooting, client management, and team leadership within ISP-grade data centers. Your expertise in ISP, SME, and Enterprise environments will be crucial for the success of our network operations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve escalated L3/L2 network issues effectively. - Design, configure, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs to ensure seamless network operations. - Lead client engagements for L3 support across ISP, SME, and Enterprise networks, providing exceptional service. - Oversee operations and infrastructure within data centers to maintain high performance and reliability. - Guide and support L2 engineers, enforcing operational standards to optimize network efficiency. - Monitor network performance closely and drive infrastructure improvements to enhance overall operations. Requirements: - Minimum 3 years of experience in networking with at least 2 years at L3 level. - Strong knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and related protocols is essential. - Experience with Cisco, Juniper, or MikroTik devices; CCNP/CCIE certification is preferred. - Background in ISP or managed network services is a plus. - Proven ability to manage teams and high-value clients effectively.
