Network Coordinator - Distribution Network

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of all branches in the zone across products by maintaining a robust MIS. You will conduct monthly reviews of the branch and branch staff performance by arriving at their scorecards. Additionally, you will ensure that all branch staff attend the requisite training from time to time and maintain important records for branch staff in the zone. You will also work closely with the Area Director for the target mapping exercise of the branches in the region and liaise with various units for the process of new branch launch. Furthermore, you will ensure timely submission of all reports, KRIs/CORG/Zero Tolerance, and High-value reports from the branches while ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with notices and circulars. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the one-point contact for any communication from/to the Area Director's Office - Prepare and submit all relevant MISs on time - Ensure full awareness and compliance with policies and procedures related to ORMA, Group Code of Conduct, Know Your Customer, and Money laundering prevention - Manage premises in areas of merchandising, housekeeping, store management, and branch upkeep and maintenance - Take responsibility for health and safety, following guidelines and reporting any incidents or hazards promptly Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree Skills And Experience: - Relationship Management - People management - Retail Branch Banking - Leadership - Mentoring About the Company: Standard Chartered is an international bank with a history of over 170 years, committed to making a positive difference for clients, communities, and employees.
