✅ 3–5 years of experience in network implementation or IT service delivery
✅ Strong hands-on skills with Cisco, Fortinet, or Aruba devices
✅ Good understanding of L2/L3 networking concepts (VLANs, routing, trunking)
✅ Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
