We have an exciting opportunity with one of the Renowned Global Financial Company \

Role: Network Administrator

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification: BSC/BSC- IT or related field

Job Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai

Work Mode: On - Site (Full Time)

Key Accountabilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, servers, and wireless access points.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity problems, slow performance, and hardware failures.
• Implement and maintain network security measures, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Provide technical support to end-users, assisting with network-related problems and answering questions.
• Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures.
• Contribute to the development of network usage policies and procedures
• Perform regular network backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of network systems
• Research and evaluate new network technologies and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage vendors and service providers for network-related services
• Stay up to date with the latest network technologies and security threats.

Education, Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in network administration.
• Any network product certifications are desirable.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.), and hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
• Experience with network operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Experience with network security technologies (e.g., firewalls, intrusion detection systems, VPNs).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
