Job Description

NetSuite /HRMS Project Manager / Lead

Preferred candidate profile

Lead
end-to-end NetSuite/ HRMS implementation
including HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Performance, Onboarding, and ESS modules.
Gather, analyze, and document
business requirements
from HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
Configure, customize, and troubleshoot
NetSuite /HRMS modules
based on client needs.
Prepare
Functional Design Documents (FDD), BRD, test cases, UAT scenarios
, and process workflows.
Plan, manage, and deliver
project timelines
, milestones, and deliverables.
Conduct
UAT sessions
, demos, and training for internal teams and clients.
Coordinate with
cross-functional teams
, technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies; ensure successful project completion.
Provide
post-go-live support
, improvements, and system optimization.
Lead a small team of functional consultants (if Lead role).
