About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead (.NET) to guide our development team, lead complex projects, and ensure high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in Microsoft technologies along with leadership and mentoring abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, MVC, Web API, and related technologies.
• Review code, ensure best development practices, and drive technical improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, Designers, and Project Managers.
• Participate in architectural discussions and define technical roadmaps.
• Ensure project timelines are met and deliverables maintain high quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Manage deployments, version control (Git), and CI/CD workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• .Net Framework, .Net Core, C#, MVC, Web API, Dapper, Entity framework, MS SQL Server, GIT
• Angular 16+ (Front-End), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Microsoft Azure Technologies (Resource Groups, Application Services, Azure SQL, Azure Web Jobs, Azure Automation & Runbooks, Azure Power Shell etc-2)
• Hands on 6+ Years of experience in MVC designing and coding.
• 1-2 Years’ experience in project management & team handling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
