.NET Technical Lead

As a .NET Technical Lead at Telliant, you will play a crucial role in managing a team of 4-6 resources in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the SCRUM owner to ensure project deliverables are on track and maintaining a high-quality codebase. You should be passionate about technology, proficient in design patterns, and well-versed in DRY principles. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 4-6 resources in a technology-intensive environment - Collaborate with the SCRUM owner to ensure project deliverables are on track - Develop high-quality codebase following best practices - Work with the tech team to deliver modular, scalable, and robust applications - Ensure project success within timeline and scope by working closely with the teams Qualifications Required: - Extensive experience in product/application development using Microsoft .Net Technology Stack - Proficiency in Agile Development Environment using SCRUM methodology - Strong understanding of design patterns and best practices - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders The ideal candidate for this role will have expertise in the following technical skills: - Asp.Net MVC / Core - SQL Server - T-SQL, Stored Procs, Views, Functions etc. - Knowledge of ORMs and caching strategies - Familiarity with React, JQuery, or Angular - Proficiency in C# and its latest features Candidates with the ability to join on short notice will be given preference.
