Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Backend Software Engineer, will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power our applications. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs using C#.
Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the backend stack.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills

7+ years of strong experience in .Net framework, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Micro Service Architecture, Rest/Web API's , Web Services/WCF, ASP.Net Core, Javascript/ JQuery, Dependency Injection using unity , Unit Testing using MOQ, Web API Development, Azure DevOps, Github
Proven experience in backend development using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
Have proven experience in Azure or AWS Services - Amazon S3, Api Gateway, Lambda, RDS, SQS etc
Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Rally, or similar.
Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Ability to document requirements and implement solutions effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
