Position Overview:
As a Backend Software Engineer, will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and APIs that power our applications. Will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend services and APIs using C#.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the backend stack.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Required Skills:

  • 7+ years of strong experience in .Net framework, C#, SQL Server, MVC, Micro Service Architecture, Rest/Web API's , Web Services/WCF, ASP.Net Core, Javascript/ JQuery, Dependency Injection using unity , Unit Testing using MOQ, Web API Development, Azure DevOps, Github
  • Proven experience in backend development using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and database integration (SQL/NoSQL).
  • Have proven experience in Azure or AWS Services - Amazon S3, Api Gateway, Lambda, RDS, SQS etc
  • Experience working in Agile environments using tools like Jira, Rally, or similar.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to document requirements and implement solutions effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
