.Net Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead at Carelon Global Solutions India, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using .NET MVC, .NET Core, and C#. Your responsibilities will include implementing Microservices and Restful API architecture, ensuring end-to-end development and maintenance, and troubleshooting and debugging applications to resolve complex technical issues efficiently. Your expertise in OOPS Concepts, including Object-Oriented Design patterns and principals with C#, will be essential for maintaining code and scripts effectively. Your familiarity with tools such as Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Jenkins, and Confluence will aid in version control, continuous integration, issue tracking, and documentation. Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, and scripting will be required for database queries, data manipulation, and handling large datasets. You should also have a strong grasp of Coding Standards and Agile Testing processes, working closely with the business, QA, and downstream systems to deliver accurate solutions and provide technical guidance to the team. Additionally, your role will involve cloud management activities, requiring a good understanding of cloud architecture, containerization, and application management on AWS and Kubernetes. You will be expected to oversee CI/CD pipelines and review tools like Jenkins and Bamboo/DevOps. Your qualifications should include a B. Tech/B.E./MCA degree with at least 8 years of experience in software development, focusing primarily on .Net technology. Your ability to collaborate effectively, lead activities, and work within Agile methodologies will be crucial for delivering high-quality software products within stipulated timelines.
