Key Responsibilities

Architect and develop secure, scalable .NET micro-services hosted on Azure
Implement mission-critical back-end features with performance and compliance top of mind
Lead Azure-native service integration (e.g., Azure Functions, App Services, Key Vault, Service Bus)
Apply domain-driven design, TDD/BDD, and CI/CD pipelines to ship reliable code
Collaborate across DevSecOps, product, and compliance teams to uphold HIPAA standards
Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve systems in production

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

3-5 years of .NET development experience (C# preferred)
Strong command of Azure PaaS, including App Services, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB
Proven track record with microservices, event-driven architecture, and API design
TDD/BDD, Git workflows, CI/CD (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)
Hands-on with authentication, authorization, and encryption best practices
Understanding of HIPAA, OWASP Top 10, and secure coding practices

Nice-to-Have Skills

Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Docker, Infrastructure as Code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform)
Messaging systems like Azure Event Grid, Service Bus, or Kafka
Experience with performance tuning, load testing, and cost optimization in cloud apps
Familiarity with logging and telemetry (App Insights, ELK, Grafana)
Past contributions to healthcare products or EMR/EHR systems
