JOB DESCRIPTION – Production Support Engineer (.NET / Windows / WCF)Job Role: Production Support Engineer (.NET / Windows / WCF)Location: [Remote]Experience: 3–5 YearsShift timing-US timings(EST hours)

🎯What You’ll Do – Your Mission

Provide L2/L3 support for .NET applications and WCF services.Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows Server & IIS environments.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.Collaborate with developers, QA, and infra teams to resolve recurring problems.Deploy patches, hotfixes, and configuration changes in production.Maintain knowledge base and support documentation.Participate in on-call rotations and ensure SLA compliance.

Strong experience with .NET Framework / .NET Core applications.Proficiency in WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).Hands-on expertise in Windows Server, IIS, and SQL Server troubleshooting.Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change management).Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication & teamwork abilities.Skills:- .NET and Microsoft Windows
