Developer Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade applications using
.NET, C#
and
.NET Core
.
Architect and implement
Web API services
, backend components, and
MVC-based solutions
.
Integrate IoT solutions using
Azure IoT Hub
,
Serverless Functions
, and
Event-driven architectures
.
Manage
Azure Service Bus
,
Event Hub
, and
Cosmos DB
for high-performance data processing.
Ensure application scalability, security, and performance optimization.
Mentor and guide developers, fostering best practices and code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Required Skills

.NET
(including .NET Framework 4.8, 6.0, and 8.0) – minimum 5 years of hands-on development experience
Strong expertise in
.NET Core Web API
development and backend services
Solid understanding of
MVC architecture
,
ASP.NET
, and
SQL
Practical experience with
Azure IoT
and
Azure Serverless Functions
Proficiency in
Azure Service Bus
and/or
Event Hub
for event-driven architectures
Working knowledge of
Azure Cosmos DB
and
App Insights
for monitoring and data management
Demonstrated
leadership and communication skills
with experience mentoring teams

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with
microservices architecture
