Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support through voice calls to clients in various industries. Handle inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries and concerns efficiently. Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and resolve issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. Desired Candidate Profile 0-1 year of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (freshers welcome). Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers over phone calls. Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements. Strong proficiency in speaking Nepali language
