Job Summary

Voice Process Lead is responsible for making outbound calls to insurance companies to verify patients eligibility and benefits. This role ensures that all insurance verification data is accurately captured and promptly communicated to the dental care team. He will also setup a team of 4-5 Insurance Coordinators under him who will ensure verification data for multiple dental offices in US.

Key Responsibilities

• Make calls to insurance companies to check if patients bene?ts and coverage are valid for their upcoming visits.
• Review and submit documentation through insurance portals and internal systems.
• Gather details like what the insurance covers, deductibles, co-pays, which dental procedures are included, how often certain services are allowed, and anything not covered.
• Enter all information into the dental ofices computer system and keep records up to date.
• Save summaries of what has been verified in Excel sheet.
• Maintain ongoing knowledge of dental insurance plans, payer requirements, and veri?cation best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4-5 years of proven experience in Voice Process, preferably within healthcare/dental insurance verification domain.
• 6 months+ experience in healthcare insurance domain preferably dental.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in making professional outbound calls, listening, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft O?ce (Excel, Word), phone systems, and fax/email communication tools.
• Experience in insurance portal navigation.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently during US night hours.
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information con?dentially and comply with HIPAA standards.
