Subjects Hiring For:

• Physics & Chemistry - (NEET & JEE)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct interactive, concept-based classes for NEET and JEE aspirants in Physics, Chemistry.
• Explain complex topics with clarity using real-life examples, diagrams, derivations, and problem-solving techniques.
• Maintain subject engagement and manage time effectively within each class session.
• Design structured lesson plans aligned with NEET & JEE syllabi (NCERT and beyond).
• Prepare study materials, worksheets, assignment sheets, and topic-wise test papers.
• Curate and solve previous year questions (PYQs) and expected questions with detailed explanations.
• Collaborate with the academic team for developing mock test series and question banks.
• Provide one-on-one doubt clarification and personalized attention to students, especially those struggling with core concepts.
• Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and how to approach different types of questions (MCQs, assertion-reasoning, numerical, etc.).
• Monitor and evaluate student performance through tests, quizzes, and feedback sessions.
• Deliver engaging and concept-driven classroom sessions (online/offline) as per NEET/JEE syllabus.
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and practice questions aligned with the latest exam patterns.
• Clear students’ doubts and conduct regular assessments for performance evaluation.
• Maintain academic discipline and motivate students to achieve high scores.
• Contribute to test paper setting and academic content creation if required.

Requirements:

• Strong subject knowledge in Physics, Chemistry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Prior teaching experience for NEET / JEE preferred.
• Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• West Mambalam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
