Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a faculty member specializing in NEET & JEE Advanced preparation at NextGenScholars, located in Mumbai. The role involves designing and delivering high-quality instructional content, developing lesson plans, and offering tutoring sessions. Faculty members will be responsible for creating practice tests, evaluating student performance, and providing feedback. Additionally, faculty will participate in curriculum development and attend professional development sessions as required.

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise: Expertise in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology.
• Teaching Skills: Ability to design engaging lesson plans, conduct interactive classes, and provide one-on-one tutoring.
• Assessment Skills: Experience in creating practice tests, evaluating student performance, and offering targeted feedback.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptability: Ability to participate in curriculum development and attend professional development sessions.
• Education: Master's degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching NEET & JEE Advanced course materials is highly desirable.
