NDT Technician

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented NDT Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with various Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods including Penetrant Testing (PT), Magnetic Flux Leakage (MFL), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and a proven track record in tank floor inspections and heat exchanger inspections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform NDT inspection activities including PT, MFL, and UT in accordance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct thorough inspections of tank floors, identifying corrosion, cracks, and other defects.
• Inspect heat exchangers to assess structural integrity and detect potential failures.
• Interpret inspection data, prepare clear and detailed inspection reports.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an NDT Inspector with expertise in PT, MFL, UT techniques.
• Specific experience in tank floor inspection and heat exchanger inspection.
• Relevant NDT certifications (e.g., ASNT Level II or equivalent).
• Total Year of experience in NDT Inspection: Minimum 3 years.
• 3-7 years of experience in NDT Inspection
• Must be ready to work at Port Sudan, Red Sea State, Sudan
