NDT Technician

Position: UT Technician

We are looking for a skilled Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Technician to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in non-destructive testing (NDT) and ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) on steel bars, forgings, and other materials to detect internal defects.

• Interpret UT results and prepare detailed inspection reports.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.

• Work closely with the production and quality teams to maintain high product integrity.

• Perform equipment calibration and routine maintenance.

• Maintain proper documentation for all inspections and test results.

Requirements:

Certification in ASNT / ISNT Level II / ISO 9712 UT (Level I candidates with experience may also apply).

2-5 years of experience in ultrasonic testing of steels or similar materials.

Knowledge of NDT methods, quality control, and industry standards (ASTM, ISO, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
