We are hiring an NDT Supervisor for our Coimbatore branch to support expanding field operations.

Job Summary

The NDT Supervisor will handle and supervise NDT inspection activities mainly within the Coimbatore region and surrounding areas, with occasional travel across India as required. The role includes site inspections, report preparation, customer communication, and ensuring timely collection of invoices/documents. This position is ideal for a professional who is responsible, proactive, and comfortable managing field operations independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee NDT inspections across client sites mainly in the Coimbatore region.
• Travel to additional sites across PAN India when required.
• Ensure all inspection activities follow relevant codes, standards, and safety procedures.
• Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports.
• Coordinate with customers to gather feedback and ensure service quality.
• Maintain clear communication with the Coimbatore branch office regarding manpower, equipment, and project schedules.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance at every job site.
• Collect invoices, work completion documents, and approvals from clients on time.
• Provide technical guidance to technicians and support project planning.
• Represent the company professionally at all client locations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Valid NDT Level II or Level III certifications (UT, RT, MT, PT, VT preferred).
• 3–7 years of experience in NDT field inspections (supervisory experience is an advantage).
• Strong understanding of NDT procedures, industry codes, and safety norms.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
• Ability to travel regularly within Coimbatore region and occasionally across India.
• Excellent reporting and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Must be based in or ready to relocate to Coimbatore.
• Valid driving license preferred.
