Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for BFSI roles.
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in BFSI recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter in the BFSI sector.
• Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry and its specific hiring needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and candidates simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
