NBD Marketing Executive (Forging & Machining)

Role Overview: You will be working as a full-time on-site NBD Marketing Executive (Forging & Machining) at RIJ Engineering Pvt Ltd in Chakan. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, planning market strategies, and effectively communicating with potential clients in the automotive and farm sectors. This role also involves sales and marketing activities to expand the company's reach. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain RFQ enquiry register. - Keep track of pricing sheet, score cards & quotation files. - Regularly visit customer portals for updated information. - Monitor GRN & PO download from the portal. - Handle departmental documentation work. - Follow up with the sales team for timely dispatch. - Update production data regularly. - Communicate with vendors for machining & dispatch. - Update dispatch details consistently. - Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Design teams to ensure smooth execution of customer projects. - Drive process improvement, gather customer feedback, and enhance service levels to exceed client expectations. - Lead price negotiations, contract discussions, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. Qualification Required: - DME / BE / BBA / MBA - Experience in a Forging Company is mandatory.
