Job Description

Job Responsibiities

The candidate need to have experience in following :3D modelling, Lightship Weight estimation, Stability Analysis, Longitudinal Strength calculation, Freeboard calculation, Tank calibration report, Conduct Inclining Experiment, draft survey,Must have basic knowledge of statutory rules &requirements, basic knowledge of ships structure.

Knowledge Of Following Softwares

  • FORAN
  • Maxsurf
  • IR hull
  • Ansys
  • AutoCAD 2D & 3D
  • Microsoft Office

Desired Profile

  • Basic Knowledge of design & modelling software is advantageous
  • Good analytical, planning and reporting skill
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Adaptable

Qualification & Experience:

B.E/B.Tech or MTech in Naval ArchitectureNaval Architect with 3 to 5 yr of experience in Ships Stability (Basic Design)
