Job Description

SGS India is looking to hire National Sales Manager - Softline to be based at Gurgaon. 1. Brief Job Description Collaborate & manage the team effectively to achieve the sales target. Follow up with target clients & bring the new business. Analyse market & prepare action plan to improve business share. Retain existing business/clients with whom business being shared by other competitors and continuously work on new clients. Client visit planning and develop rapport to strengthen our market position. Sales monitoring and reporting Collaborate with KAMs to work on new buyer, new clients onboarding and improving market share. Liaise with Lab Manager, Sales teams to achieve targets. 2. Key Results Areas ( KRAs) & Key Deliverables : Market share improvement and new business development. Sales target achievement for the regions Seminar, Trainings to clients and trade fair participations, brand promotions 3. Technical / Behavioral / Managerial / Critical Skills Desired: Technical: Knowledge of various Softline services, market potential. Buyer base, buying house, liaison office contacts in the apparel, leather industry Team building, collaboration with team, work across boundaries & change management. Aggressive and result oriented.
