Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a National Sales Manager BU Admixture System located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing accounts, overseeing sales operations, and leading a team. Additional tasks include budgeting, monitoring market trends, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Business Planning and Budgeting
  • Proven skills in Account Management and Sales
  • Strong Team Management abilities
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 15 years experience in Construction Chemicals Companies with growth record of 2X on year to year basis on full Admixture System basket and ability to manage large Tecnical sales of the extent of 1000 MT per month on Pan India basis.Experience of 15 years is must.
