National Sales Head ( Hygiene Product)

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement national-level sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage regional/state sales teams (RSMs, ASMs, TSMs).
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals across regions.

2. Distribution & Channel Expansion

• Build and strengthen distributor, super-stockist, and dealer network pan India.
• Expand presence in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), E-commerce & Institutional Sales.
• Ensure effective market penetration for diapers, sanitary pads, adult diapers & period panties.

3. Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities, B2B partnerships, hospitals, pharmacies, retail chains, & corporate tie-ups.
• Launch and scale new product lines in the hygiene category.

4. Team Management

• Recruit, train, and monitor a high-performance sales team.
• Conduct regular sales reviews, performance tracking & reporting.

5. Market Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends.
• Provide insights for product improvement, packaging, pricing & promotional strategies.

6. Key Account Management

• Drive sales with Modern Trade chains (DMart, Reliance, Spencers, Big Bazaar, etc.).
• Manage major distributors and strategic partners.

7. Sales Operations & Compliance

• Oversee sales planning, forecasting, budgeting & MIS reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit management, and collection targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per year
