Required Experience

15 to 20 years (10 years in Real Estate industry)

Kra

  • Manage sales operations across multiple project sites. Lead, guide, and evaluate multiple on-site sales teams. Conduct weekly performance reviews.
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers with in assigned territory.
  • Translate business unit sales strategy into actionable targets for team members.
  • Constant review with the marketing team for lead support. Knowledge of projects in Market.
  • Drive CP onboarding and expansion strategies across all managed sites. Resolve escalations across sites in coordination with city leadership.
  • Work closely with developer stakeholders to ensure alignment and accountability. Optimize resource deployment across teams.
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures, sharing the DSR on the daily basis with the senior management.
