National Media Executive

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and media-savvy professional to manage our national media outreach and engagement. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with national media houses and a keen understanding of the political and editorial landscape across Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and Delhi. This role involves managing press communications, media relations, and crisis response at a national level. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and key stakeholders in national media houses. Draft and disseminate press notes, official statements, and media advisories aligned with organizational messaging. Monitor and analyze media coverage, news cycles, and editorial trends relevant to our work. Manage media queries and coordinate interviews, briefings, and press events with national outlets. Lead crisis communication efforts by crafting appropriate messaging and controlling the narrative. Ensure consistent and proactive engagement with national media to enhance visibility and reputation. Key Requirements: 2–3 years of experience working with or in national media organizations or media relations roles. In-depth knowledge of the media landscape across Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, and Delhi. Strong communication and writing skills with a flair for drafting precise and impactful press content. Experience in managing high-pressure communications during crisis or sensitive situations. Ability to navigate editorial processes and newsrooms, and build lasting media relationships. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, Political Science, or a related field. Prior experience in political communication, government affairs, or public sector media work is a strong advantage.
