Job Description

Location:

KolkataWe are seeking a dynamic professional to lead and expand our

HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant & Café) channel

at the national level. The role involves building and executing a channel strategy, managing partner relationships, and driving sustainable growth across regions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HoReCa channel strategy (national & regional).
Drive partner acquisition, engagement, and performance.
Monitor sales performance, conduct audits, and take corrective actions.
Build strong relationships with key HoReCa partners (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés).
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Lead channel activations and ensure measurable outcomes.
Coach, mentor, and develop teams for effective channel execution.
Travel extensively for partner engagement, market visits, and industry events.

Must-Have Requirements

Experience: 6+ years (3+ years in HoReCa / Key Account Management + 3+ years in Channel Sales).
Industry Preference: FMCG / Food & Beverages / Hospitality.
Skills: Strong sales & channel development mindset, market analysis, partner management, distribution strategy, and team leadership.
Traits: Startup-like agility, challenger mindset, proactive leadership, and result orientation.
