Job Title: NAPS Trainee – Machine Operations and Maintenance

Location: Bommasandra Industrial Area,
Department: Production / Maintenance
Reports to: Department Supervisor / Shift Supervisor
Duration: 1 Year, as per NAPS Guidelines
Stipend: As per NAPS norms and company policy

Job Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated NAPS Trainees to join our team in the Paper Cup division. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training, gaining practical knowledge and skills in production processes, machinery operations and maintenance specific to Paper Cup manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the operation and monitoring of Paper cup production machines (e.g., Semi Automated, Korean Machine and Printing Machine)
• Support machine setup and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Document production and quality parameters as per SOPs
• Learn and follow safety procedures and environmental compliance norms
• Help in equipment cleaning, maintenance, and minor repairs
• Participate in training sessions and technical workshops provided by the company
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operations

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum qualification: ITI - Fitter & Electrician.
• Basic understanding of textile manufacturing or industrial processes is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work in a factory environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and capable of standing for long hours

Training Outcomes:

• Understanding of Paper cup production technologies
• Proficiency in operating specific machinery
• Knowledge of quality control protocols in textiles
• Familiarity with industrial safety practices
• Eligibility for full-time roles based on performance
