Key Responsibilities:

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of cooling towers, pumps, blowers, rotary equipment, and gearboxes.
Dismantle, inspect, repair, and assemble mechanical parts and equipment.
Conduct alignment of rotary machines to ensure optimal performance.
Identify faults and carry out necessary repairs or replacements.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and reports.
Adhere to all safety protocols and maintenance procedures.
Assist in installation and commissioning of mechanical equipment.
Collaborate with engineers and technicians for continuous improvement of equipment reliability.
Ensure tools and equipment are maintained in proper working condition.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proven experience in maintenance of rotary equipment, cooling towers, gearboxes, and pumps.
Strong knowledge of mechanical fitting and alignment procedures.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and manuals.
Skilled in troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Awareness of industrial safety standards.
Capability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

ITI in Fitter trade or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Certification/training in rotary equipment maintenance (preferred but not mandatory).
