Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

Drive adoption of MV switchgear solutions (Air Insulated & Gas Insulated).
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and market share targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with EPCs, utilities, OEMs, and industrial clients.
Lead negotiations and close high-value deals.

Customer & Market Engagement

Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering technical and commercial guidance.
Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Build long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, and end-users.

Internal Collaboration

Work closely with product management, engineering, and marketing teams.
Align with national and regional sales teams to ensure cohesive market strategies.
Provide feedback to R&D and product teams based on customer insights.

Training & Enablement

Conduct internal and external training sessions on MV switchgear products.
Support channel partners and sales teams with tools, resources, and technical knowledge.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and regulatory changes.
Contribute to pricing strategies, go-to-market plans, and product positioning.
Explore partnerships and innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
