Job Title: Mutual Fund Sales Manager

Role Overview:
Drive mutual fund sales in the NCR region by leading a team, building distributor relationships (individual brokers), and achieving AUM/net inflow targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop sales strategies for the NCR market.
· Manage, train, and motivate a sales team.
· Expand distributor network (IFAs, banks, institutions).
· Ensure compliance with SEBI/AMFI regulations.
· Conduct training and business meetings for partners.
Requirements:
· 2-4 years’ sales experience in mutual funds
· AMFI/NISM certification mandatory.
· Strong NCR market knowledge and distributor network.
· Leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
