Job Description: You will be responsible for handling the day-to-day branch operations, including front desk and back-end activities, ensuring compliance is in place. Your role will involve overall management of services and coordination among the sales team and distributors who drive the business. You will need to coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth processing of transactions and manage branch admin activities. Additionally, you will be expected to upsell Mutual Fund products to both Retail and HNI clients. Customer satisfaction should be your prime focus when responding to customer queries.
