Mutual Fund Advisor

As a Mutual Fund Advisor at D.R. Shares & Stock Brokers Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve building and maintaining long-term relationships with mutual fund investors. You will need to understand individual client needs and provide appropriate mutual fund solutions. Acting as the primary point of contact for mutual fund-related queries and servicing, you will stay updated on mutual fund products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends. It will be your responsibility to ensure client satisfaction through prompt service and informed recommendations, collaborating with internal teams for smooth transaction processing and reporting. Moreover, educating clients on various schemes, SIPs, and fund performance will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain long-term relationships with mutual fund investors. - Understand individual client needs and provide appropriate mutual fund solutions. - Act as the primary point of contact for mutual fund-related queries and servicing. - Stay updated on mutual fund products, regulatory guidelines, and market trends. - Ensure client satisfaction through prompt service and informed recommendations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processing and reporting. - Educate clients on various schemes, SIPs, and fund performance. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-Graduate (any stream). - 12 years of experience in the mutual fund industry; AMC background strongly preferred. - Solid understanding of mutual fund products, NAVs, SIPs, and fund categories. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Client-centric mindset with a professional and approachable demeanor. - AMFI/NISM certification is a plus. The work schedule for this full-time position is from 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM with Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and you will have the 4th Saturday off.
