Job Title: Mutual Fund Executive / Advisor – Experienced

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience)

About the Company

DR. Shares and Stock Brokers is a growing financial services firm offering investment and stock market solutions. We are expanding our Mutual Fund Team and looking for experienced professionals with solid knowledge of mutual funds and client servicing.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle client queries and provide advisory support on mutual fund investments.
• Assist clients with portfolio creation, asset allocation, and periodic reviews.
• Manage client onboarding, KYC, and documentation.
• Coordinate with AMCs and internal teams for smooth execution of transactions.
• Maintain client records, reports, and CRM data accurately.
• Stay updated on mutual fund products, market trends, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, or Economics.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in mutual funds, banking, or AMC.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of mutual fund products, SIP/STP/SWP, and portfolio management.
• Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, and mutual fund platforms).
• Certification: NISM-Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) preferred.
• Note: Freshers are NOT eligible. Only candidates with relevant mutual fund experience will be considered.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4th Saturday Off)
