Mutual Fund Advisor

Role Overview: You will be responsible for explaining mutual fund products to potential investors and recommending suitable investment options based on their financial goals. Proactively calling and following up with leads to convert them into investors will be a key aspect of your role, leading to an expansion of the client base. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities: - Explain mutual fund products to potential investors - Suggest suitable investment options based on clients" financial goals - Proactively call and follow up with leads to convert them into investors - Meet sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis - Assist clients with KYC procedures, documentation, and investment processing - Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge - Collaborate with the back-office team for support and issue resolution - Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in mutual funds or financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure - Knowledge of KYC procedures and investment processing - Updated knowledge of market trends and financial products Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift, morning shift schedule, located at Homeland City, Opp. J.H. Ambani School, Udhna Magdalla Road, Vesu, Surat - 395007. Working in person will enable better coordination with team members and clients to ensure efficient service delivery.,
