Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and versatile Music Tutor with strong proficiency in Guitar, Piano, and other musical instruments to join our team in our Erragadda office. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching students of all ages and skill levels and capable of delivering engaging and effective music lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-person music classes for students at our Erragadda location.
• Teach Guitar, Piano, and preferably other instruments such as Keyboard, Ukulele, or Drums.
• Create structured lesson plans and adapt teaching methods based on student needs and skill levels.
• Prepare students for performances, exams, or personal musical goals.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain a fun, safe, and creative classroom environment.
• Coordinate with the administrative team for scheduling, reporting, and student engagement.
• Encourage creativity and a love for music in every learner.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Guitar and Piano is a must; knowledge of multiple instruments is a strong plus.
• Prior teaching experience is preferred (but not mandatory for highly skilled musicians).
• Ability to connect with students and create a positive learning environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for music and a commitment to student development.
• Must be available to work on-site at the Erragadda office.

Nice to Have:

• Certification from recognized music institutions (e.g., Trinity, ABRSM)
• Experience in preparing students for music grade exams or public performances
• Knowledge of music production or theory is a bonus
