We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Music Teacher to join our educational team. The Music Teacher will work with children and adults, providing individualized instruction and support to help them achieve their musical goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive music curriculum tailored to various age groups and skill levels
• Conduct engaging music lessons that promote creativity and skill development
• Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create a positive learning atmosphere
• Provide tutoring sessions for students needing additional support in music theory or practice
• Collaborate with other educators to integrate music education into broader learning objectives
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage growth
• Organize performances and recitals to showcase student achievements
• Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all students, including those with special educational needs
• Utilize behavior management techniques to address classroom challenges effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience in teaching music, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning
• Background in early childhood education or preschool experience is preferred
• Experience working with children in various settings, including childcare or tutoring environments
• Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques
• Ability to engage students through diverse teaching methods, including hands-on activities related to music, dance, theater, or culinary arts
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with students of all ages
• A commitment to fostering childhood development through innovative teaching practices
