Roles and Responsibilities Plan and prepare courses and lessons for PGT classes , maintaining up-to-date subject knowledge related to ISC. Teach students proactively, motivating and facilitating learning according to their educational needs. Prepare weekly assignments for each batch assigned, timely correcting and marking student work. Assess, record, and report on student development and progress regularly. Communicate with parents during PTM or as needed. Master's degree in Sociology & B.ED is mandatory. Leave Vacancy for 6 months only.
Plan and deliver individualized and group guitar lessons. Teach acoustic and electric guitar techniques, including chords, scales, music theory, and improvisation. Prepare students for recitals, performances, and exams as needed. Create a supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and musical expression. Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning styles. Maintain a positive rapport with students, parents, and fellow staff. Stay updated with music education trends and incorporate technology where appropriate. Key Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in a variety of genres, including classical, rock, blues, jazz, or pop. Prior teaching experience, ideally with children and teens. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to read music and teach both notation and tablature. Knowledge of digital tools and recording software is a plus.
